An activity experienced by the collective to center a social experience around, and dependent upon a reliance of convenience. When like-minded people within the industry collaborate, innovation grows. This occurs in places such as conferences open to the public to better the individual's drinking experience. Barista Jams are also held within coffee shop service industry workers to share information and sometimes friendly competition.
